By using withinsight.app you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose — please read them.

What WithinSight is

WithinSight generates reflective readings about personality patterns, relationships and teams by combining a short behavioral questionnaire with an analysis of birth-date structure drawn from Eastern traditions. The readings are written by an AI language model from that data.

What it is not

• It is not a psychological, medical or psychiatric assessment, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.
• It is not a prediction of events, and it does not claim to know your future.
• It is not a validated hiring, promotion or selection instrument. Organizations must not use team reports to make employment decisions about individuals.
• Agreement between our two systems means the two methods produced similar readings. It is presented as a signal for reflection, not as proof that a conclusion is objectively true.

Use the readings as prompts for reflection and conversation. Decisions about your health, relationships, work or finances remain yours, and where they matter, seek a qualified professional.

Your responsibilities

• Enter accurate information. Readings generated from inaccurate birth data will not be meaningful.
• When you enter another person’s birth data, you confirm you have a legitimate reason to do so and will not use the reading to harass, discriminate against or make decisions about that person.
• You may not scrape, resell or systematically extract content from the service.

Free and paid features

The personal psychology result and, during early access, the full birth-pattern reading are free. Some relationship and team features are marked with a price. Where a price is shown, payment is required before the content is generated. Because readings are generated on demand and delivered immediately, they are non-refundable once delivered — except where the reading failed to generate or was materially defective, in which case contact us and we will regenerate it or refund the charge.

Accuracy and availability

Readings are generated by an AI model and may contain errors, generalizations or statements that do not fit you. We work to keep the wording consistent with the underlying scores, but we do not guarantee any particular result. The service may be unavailable from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WithinSight is provided “as is” and we are not liable for decisions you make based on a reading or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
